Four Seasons Homes, LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Barrett Place BP, LLC. The principal partners in Maples Development are John Herman and Paul Petersen.
John Herman's background includes 20 plus years of wholesale and retail distribution. John owned and managed a distributorship in the Augusta area. After selling the distributorship in 2003, John became involved in real estate on a full-time basis. John's major focus with Four Seasons Homes is customer/warranty follow-up and managing the financial operations.
Paul Petersen's family has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1956. Paul began his career in real estate selling homes and land. Paul started building houses in the early 1980's and then began developing residential building lots. Paul's focus with Four Seasons Homes is managing the subcontractors and the day-to-day field operations.
John and Paul joined forces in 2007 and founded Barrett Place BP, LLC. Barrett Place Subdivision is their second major project together. Four Seasons Homes is committed to quality and value, including a 2-10 year home buyer warranty on all homes.
Many standard features included in homes by Four Seasons Homes are not typically found in other homes in a similar price range, such as fully landscaped yards with sprinkler system, granite countertops, covered back porches with patios, hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tile in the kitchen and all baths. All homes are subject to upgrade and Four Seasons are more than willing to meet any buyers standards!
